With the warm weather here you're probably feeling relaxed and casual and it's easy to get sloppy and let your summer style slide. Are YOU guilty of any of these top 5 Summer Style Sins?

1. Capri pants with socks running shoes
Capris are a cute sassy way to show off your lower legs. While they do tend to make your leg look a little shorter because they stop at the calf, they can be balanced out by wearing a lovely kitten heel sandal or low wedge in the same color as your capris. Beware of wearing capris with socks and running shoes! This is a lethal combination that makes you look short, fat and frumpy. If you need practicality and comfort, then try a cushioned flip-flop with your capris or wear shorts instead with running shoes for sporty look.

2. Crazy Crocs
Comfortable, fun, but keep your crocks at home. Crocs were originally garden shoes and we think that's where they need to stay. Consider them appropriate summer dressing for around the garden, the pool, the seaside or cottage, but don't wear them out grocery shopping or to a movie or anywhere else. These brightly colored, rubber shoes are a fad and scream childish. Do you really want to look like a kid when you are a grown woman?

3. Nude hose with sandals
If you are want to wear open toed shoes and are tempted to wear even the sheerest of hose with them, stop right there. Remember, nothing look tackier than his fashion faux pas. Many women are hesitant to use self tanners because they are worried about having orange legs, but they have come a long way, give the subtlest of results and complete your summer style.

4. Short Shorts
Who wears short shorts? Not women after 40, unless you've been digging things out of your teenage daughters closet to wear. Short shorts (especially cut off jean shorts) that let it all hang out are tacky and cheap summer dressing outside of your own backyard. Save them for sun tanning and try an above the knee cotton skirt or walking short for going out.

5. Visible Pockets
One of the freshest looks for summer is a pair of crisp white pants the epitome of summer style. But beware if those pants come with big visible pockets. That's all anyone will notice! When shopping for a new white pant, take note if the pockets are taking center stage. Especially those made with lightweight or sheer fabric make sure to take the time to have the pockets taken out by a professional seamstress for a much cleaner look.

Customer Review: Best shoes ever for whatever, whenever!!!
If the only thing stopping you from putting on that summer dress is that you can't wear sneakers with it -- these shoes solve that problem! So comfortable yet I don't have elf feet as one does with the traditional Croc. Last week, and for the first time in my life, I packed my suitcase for a trip without packing shoes. I just wore these the entire trip. I wouldn't try that with any other shoe. 'Nuf said :-)
Customer Review: Amazing customer service!
I was a first time customer-apprehensive to order since I needed this item in three days! or not at all. Included a note asking for prompt shipping and rec'd the item in two business days. Amazing fast ship! Perfect transaction-highly recommend this merchant.

Most men are familiar with the style of men's dress shoes known as "wing tips", those with an elaborate and ornate toebox which is both decorative and protective. Those of us who know how to find quality wingtips at the best prices are a much rarer breed.

In order to acquire the best possible pair of these majestic shoes there are numerous considerations that we must think about. The factors of style, color, price, and comfort all have to be taken in to consideration in order to find the best value of a quality pair of wingtip shoes. Incidentally, these same factors apply to shopping for other shoes as well.

For many style is the thing that is thought of first. Right or wrong, this is the way that most people think and they often will sacrifice comfort for style. This is particularly apparent in women where we see them wearing tall stiletto heels that do incredible damage to the feet and can only feel good to someone with masochistic tendencies. Wingtips, just like other shoes if not fitted properly can cause all kinds of foot problems such as calluses, blisters, instability, and even lead to permanent deformations of the feet.

When you are evaluating the quality of the shoe, examine the hide the shoe was made of closely. The surface should not be rough and the grain of the leather should be fine. Inspect the soles to be sure that they are think and durable enough to last and yet still be comfortable. Some famous Italian shoemakers are famous for thin soles. If you are going to be wearing them on concrete you will want to consider shoes with a think rubber sole. Concrete will quickly go through regular leather soles and the rubber variety will be much more comfortable for long days on your feet.

In general the better brands of wingtips are usually the better choice for durability, protection, and comfort because the less expensive version just as with other shoes just do not last. Wingtip shoes are virtually timeless as far as a men's dress shoe goes so take the time to choose a pair that will match your overall wardrobe that will still be in your budget and look good.

Due to the fact that I am always online I tend to use the internet to research everything and footwear is no exception. I would suggest you do the same. Using the internet you can get access to just about every possible brand, style and color that is available and it will not only save you the shoe leather from walking all over looking at regular stores but save you gas money as well! You can apply some of your fuel savings to the purchase of your shoes.
